Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter (if using) in the bowl of your Instant Stand Mixer Pro.
- Attach the whisk attachment to your mixer and mix on low speed until the ingredients are combined.
- Increase speed to medium-high and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Let the batter sit for at least 10 minutes before cooking crepes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl it around so that it covers the entire bottom of the pan in a thin layer.
- Cook until edges begin to turn golden brown, then flip and cook on the other side for an additional minute or two.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
