If they determine that there’s no viable troubleshoot option available then they may offer either repair service options covered under the warranty or replace it.
Step 3: Ship Your Air Fryer
If customer service determines that your Air Fryer needs to be repaired, they will provide instructions on how to ship it back to Instant Brands. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
Step 4: Wait for Repair or Replacement
Once Instant Brands receives your air fryer, they will repair or replace it within a reasonable time frame and send it back to you. If repairs cannot be completed within a reasonable time frame due to unavailability of parts or other reasons, you may receive a replacement instead.
