Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions:
- Attach the whisk attachment to your Instant Stand Mixer Pro and place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base.
- Add in four egg whites to the bowl and turn on the mixer at low speed.
- After about a minute, add in 1/4 tsp cream of tartar to stabilize your egg whites.
- Increase the mixer speed gradually until it reaches medium-high speed.
- Slowly add in 1/2 cup granulated sugar, about a tablespoon at a time, while continuing to mix until stiff peaks form.
- Turn off the mixer and remove the mixing bowl from its base.
