To use the grill function on the Instant Indoor Grill, follow these steps:
- Prepare your ingredients by cutting, chopping, seasoning, or marinating according to your recipe.
- Insert the cooking basket and grill plate into the cooking chamber and close the lid.
- Press the Grill button on the control panel. The Grill button will flash, and the display will show the default time and temperature settings.
- If you want to change the cooking settings, press Temp or Time and use the Control Dial to adjust the temperature and cooking time.
- Press Start to begin. The cooking program will start, and the Status Bar will show Preheating.
- When the cooker reaches the target temperature, the display will show Add Food. Open the lid, place the food onto the grill plate, and close the lid.
- Partway through the cooking cycle, the display will show Turn Food. Open the lid and carefully turn, flip, or rotate your food. Close the lid, and cooking will continue.
- When the Smart Program completes, the lid will beep, and the display will show End. The grill will beep every minute for 10 minutes to remind you that cooking has completed. The fan may continue running for up to 5 minutes after grilling to cool the surface.
